Notable Quotes

Sheridan: You know, I’m really getting a little tired of these unannounced visits by VIP’s, who don’t tell us why they are coming or what they are going to do when they get here.
Ivanova: Leave it to you to try to take all the fun out life. Ah, come on, where’s your sense of mystery, of adventure.
Sheridan: Are you trying to cheer me up?
Ivanova: No Sir! Wouldn’t dream of it.
Sheridan: Good! I hate being cheer up. It’s depressing.
Ivanova: Well in that case, we’ll all going to die a horrible, painful, lingering deaths.
Sheridan: Thank you. I feel, so much better now.

Garibaldi: What kind of head of security would I be if I let people like me know things that I am not supposed to know. I know what I know, because I have to know it and if I don’t have to know it, I don’t tell me and don’t let anyone else tell me either.

Londo: You are sure that you will not have a drink?
Mr. Endawi: Not while I am on duty.
Londo: There you see, we Centauri are always on duty. Duty to the republic, to our houses, to one another. And so, we have made the practice of joy another duty. One which must be persuade as vaguely as the others. You should try it sometime.

Sheridan: Well, as answers go, short to the point, utterly useless and totally consistent with what I have come to expect from a Vorlon.
Kosh: Good.

Marcus: Part of the heart goes dead. Best to leave it that way.

Mr. Endowi: Why would they just disappear for a thousand years?
G’kar: To all things there is a time, Mr. Endowi, perhaps this is theirs.

Mr. Endawi: Because you won’t tell yourself about it.
Garibaldi: I try never to get involved in my own life. To much trouble.
Mr. Endawi: This is a very strange place, you have here Mr. Garibaldi.
Garibaldi: Thank you.

Marcus: Her name is the whitestar and she’s yours Captain.

G’kar: They came to our world over a 1000 of your years ago. Long before we went to the stars ourselves. They set up a base on one of our southern continents. They took little interest in us. G’Quan believed they were engaged in a war far outside our own world.
